Is my date confirmed straight away?
You get an email with your booking reference straight away, followed by your invoice. Once payment is received, the night is locked in.
How much do I pay now?
A 50% deposit secures your date, or you can pay in full. The balance is due before your files are delivered. Venue series are billed monthly in advance.
What if the night I want is already booked?
Amber nights mean we're already filming somewhere else. Book a 15-minute call and we'll check whether a second crew can cover you. Fully booked nights can't be selected.
When do I get my videos?
Within 7 days of full payment — the full mix edit plus your short clips, ready to post.
Is the venue included?
No. We film at your gig or a location you secure. Please make sure the venue is happy for your set to be filmed.
Do you charge VAT?
Prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable. Your invoice shows the full breakdown.
